Yuletime Greenery

This morning I ventured out into the Slow Garden.  The sky has been leaking steadily for days.  The whole dripping world [of my backyard] is a sopping spongified puddle.

The back corner has officially been reclaimed by the jungle. O dear. When I see this I think one word: WORK.

The California winter garden is less a deadened blackening and more of a greening.

My son's Roma plants are STILL producing. It's awe inspiring & a bountiful gift.

Even the Slow Garden is in the holiday spirit.  What a treat!
